Re: Change management
I would humbly suggest that no matter what, we should never ever lose our "people centric" approach.   Those who lose it will do so at their detriment.   This is in essence the message here which I hope is never forgotten as we all strive to achieve the ultimate in the "New IP".

Re: Change management
It is up to us all to make sure that the "people's first" approach is never ever lost.  Although challenging, I want to remain hopeful as I fully realize it is not easy.

Re: Change management
I wonder there's resistance to change in different employee age groups. That might be a problem or benefit depending on the management goals. But to keep the people first attitide is probably easier said than done, when big obtacles come forth unexpectedly.

Re: Change management
It will be interesting to watch how companies and management deal with the idea of fast moving degital technology is bringing "More opportunity and more risk." Will that necessarily scale back the "people-first" commitments as anxiety may become forefront regarding the risk factors percieved ahead? Or will analytic forcasting become accurate enough to predict the risk?

Re: Change management
@dcawrey Yes, I know some people who regard all change as the ultimate evil to be avoided! You can't go forward with that attitude.

Change management
I think this all is going to cause an increased demand for change management as something people are trained for. In many organizations, it is very hard for people to accept change. With the way technology is constantly in upheaval these days, there has to be better management of this issue.
