Speed of access is really important to these systems. Just think, if a customer is frustrated, a longer wait only exacerbates the problem.

Technology can solve these things, whether its by chatbot or automatic callback. And I would say systems that recognize voice are getting better - way less frustrating than they used to be.

@dcawrey could not agree more, not only make it easy but it also simplify it and improve speed of access.. - how I see it...

Brocade seems to be on top of the integration for moving forward to allow network automation. And with a free version, it's likely many can take them up on the promise of getting "sensors across more than 2,000 points of integration." moving smoothly through that aptly named Workflow Composer by Brocade.

I really like how Brocade is bringing automation to these systems. Not only is this a big benefit to customer service, it really creates a sense of stability for systems. It's much easier to insert automation into these processes than to develop complex procedures, that's for sure.
